Portable Check-In 2.1 enables electronic reception into a car-service. While proceeding check-in, service advisor has a real time access into dealer management system regarding customer data, vehicle data and service history data. Portable Check-In 2.1 enables to document the condition of vehicle – mark scratches and damages and make illustrative photos. The process of vehicle-reception is easy and intuitive – service advisor is guided through check-in steps and while doing so, additional services can be offered (standard service packages, general services, deferred services, or seasonal offers). All collected data are used as a basis for the creation of an acceptance protocol and also are sent to dealer management system, where are used for order processing and saved to a vehicle history.
